The group is managed by four individuals of vast and varied exposure and experience. Being a young and energetic management team, our style and direction of management is largely experimental and we are not afraid to test new ideas and venture into unexplored frontiers. One of our goals for the
not-so-distant future is the appointment of a female candidate to directorship.

Branch: Lesotho

» Background: Benni completed his high school and tertiary education in Port Elizabeth and returned to Lesotho to explore his interest in media arts and music. He has worked on various projects as an individual and as part of this business and has held the position of Chief Designer at Mount Prints (a leading printing company in Maseru). Benni has carefully assembled his team of staff from 2007 to being what it is today and continues to nurture his creative vision for his business. A true leader, Benni works very closely with his staff and leads from within. As a designer, Benni plays a pivotal role on all levels of our production line and also heads up Cloud 9 Entertainment (our video production section). As the group’s Managing Director, he oversees all the functions of the board of directors and is responsible for the group’s strategic growth and development, marketing and corporate identity. He is also in charge of ensuring our clients are well serviced from job to job and remain satisfied with our performance.

Branch: Lesotho

» Background: Mario is a graduate of the National University of Lesotho and the most recent addition to the group’s management team. This young gentleman joined Media Graphics at the end of 2010 and immediately tackled the important function of looking after the company’s assets and work environment. His role is to maintain the property, plant and equipment of BraykThru Media and to regulate and direct the internal office and workflow procedures. Alongside these responsibilities, Mario also manages the office support unit and his knowledge of environmental niceties and understanding of industrial administration make him a valuable asset for the control of our workspace.

Branch: Port Elizabeth

» Background: David has been loosely involved with Media Graphics since 2009 on an arms length (consultation and advisory) basis and the company has been able to rely on his skill and creativity for both internal and external projects. This year (2011), David has moved back from Scotland to PE, where he completed his high school, to join the group’s expansion venture on a permanent basis. Sometimes referred to as the ‘logo guru’, David has an amazing portfolio of logo designs and also carries international accolades obtained from his personal and academic exploits.He is also well-known for web design and his interest in cartooning and anime make him a favourite for jobs which require loud, bright colours and strong contrasts. David is in charge of skills development among the creative staff and also quality control in respect of artwork output. This role goes hand in hand with client satisfaction and performance evaluation and introduces a peer review element to our operations. David’s department also ensures that the software and hardware used throughout the group’s operations is on par with international standards.
